Retention periods for your data

We retain your data for the period necessary for the specific purposes for which it was collected.

Prospect: your personal data will be retained for five (5) years from the last exchange with INTSEL CHIMOS, unless you object.

Client: your data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and for 10 years after the end of the collaboration (for contracts and invoices).

Application for a job or internship: for unsuccessful candidates, your data will be retained for 5 years from the last contact with you.

Successful candidates: your data will be retained throughout the performance of the employment contract and for 5 years after your departure.

Website visitor: for the production of statistics, your data will be retained for 12 months.

Health data in connection with the pharmacovigilance obligation: your data will be retained for the entire duration of the marketing authorisation (MA) for the medicinal product concerned, and for 10 years after the end of the MA.

Rights of the person whose personal data is collected

In accordance with the applicable regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and port the data concerning you, and the right to object to or restrict the processing of your data. You may submit your request by sending us a message at rgpd@intselchimos.com
