OUR RESPONSIBILITY
At Intsel Chimos, Corporate Social Responsibility is not a separate initiative — it is embedded in the way we operate, the standards we uphold and the impact we seek to create.
Our CSR framework has been formalized and structured through a comprehensive internal assessment carried out in 2023, in collaboration with the consultancy agency “Bee Curious”. This work allowed us to map our priority actions (“Plans d’Actions”), define clear objectives and align our team around a shared ambition: acting responsibly to serve patients, partners and society.

2. Responsible Purchasing & Supplier Engagement
3. Social Commitment & Employee Development

This Charter ensures that our supply chain aligns with the values we stand for and contributes to responsible growth.
3. Social Commitment & Employee Development
- launching of English-language training to support mobility, inclusion and international collaboration
- strengthening internal training programs
- improving Quality of Life at Work (QVT)
- reinforcing diversity, equity and inclusion across team
- encouraging internal mobility and the development of new skills
4. Environmental Responsibility
The CSR work also identified key environmental priorities, including:
- measuring and reducing our environmental footprint
- optimising energy use and waste management
- promoting eco-responsible practices internally and with partners
- integrating environmental considerations into operational and procurement decisions
These efforts are being implemented gradually through defined improvement actions (“PA”), each subject to ongoing monitoring over time.
5. Local Engagement & Societal Impact
- community development
- partnerships with associations or local stakeholders
- awareness and educational actions
- support for health-related or scientific initiatives
