Aware of the need to ensure the respect of your privacy and the security of your information, INTSEL CHIMOS laboratory has adopted strong measures to guarantee the protection of your personal data.

The INTSEL CHIMOS laboratory undertakes to respect the privacy of each person whose personal data it processes.  

The purpose of this data protection policy is to explain to you the reasons why your data may be processed by the INTSEL CHIMOS laboratory and the commitments made by the latter to guarantee your rights and respect the protection of your personal data.

This privacy policy may be adapted according to the evolution of the legislative and regulatory context and the recommendations issued by the French National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL).

INTSEL CHIMOS applies the principle of data minimization by collecting and processing only data that is relevant, adequate and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, regardless of whether you are a patient, a job applicant, an employee, a customer or other business partner such as a healthcare professional, a medical representative or a pharmacist or any other person.

INTSEL CHIMOS adopts internal rules whose objective is to guarantee the same level of protection in all departments.

INTSEL CHIMOS processes your personal data only for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes.

Your data is collected primarily for the purposes listed below:

 > recruitment and human resources management ;

 > management of relations with customers, prospects and suppliers;

 > order management ;

 > follow-up of contacts with health professionals in relation to scientific and medical issues;

 > management of communicated medical information ;

 > clinical trial management ;

 > pharmacovigilance management ;

 > transparency management ;

 > security of visitors and premises ;

 > management of access to premises and parking lots ;

 > management of any disputes that may arise between you and INTSEL CHIMOS,

INTSEL CHIMOS will not further process your personal data for a new purpose without verifying that the applicable protection rules are respected (information obligations, obtaining your prior consent, etc.).

INTSEL CHIMOS ensures the lawfulness of its processing of personal data. To ensure this, INTSEL CHIMOS ensures that each processing operation is justified by a relevant legal basis: the data subject has consented to the processing of his or her data for one or more specific purposes; the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject; the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject; processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person; processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or by the public authority vested in the controller; or processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party.

For example, concerning the adverse event form on our website, INTSEL CHIMOS is required to collect your contact data (name, first name, e-mail address, hospital/company) in order to fulfill its obligations in terms of pharmacovigilance concerning its pharmaceutical products. These data are kept to allow the processing of your declaration and are then archived in order to respect the regulatory obligations requested by the health authorities.

INTSEL CHIMOS keeps your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.

Once the maximum retention period imposed by the applicable legislation or the retention period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected is reached (whichever is longer), INTSEL CHIMOS will take the necessary steps to destroy your personal data.

The person in charge of processing your data is the laboratory INTSEL CHIMOS, SAS with a capital of 1.030.900 euros, registered at the RCS of NANTERRE under the n°382 401 222, whose head office is located at 1, rue Royale, 162 Bureaux de la Colline - 92210 SAINT-CLOUD.

Within the strict limits of the data processing carried out for the purposes described above, we may communicate some of your data :

 > authorized personnel of the INTSEL CHIMOS laboratory in the course of their usual duties,

 > to our service providers and subcontractors, from whom we require sufficient guarantees as to the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing meets the requirements of the regulation and guarantees the protection of your rights, 

 > our suppliers of information, hosting and management of the website, from whom we require sufficient guarantees regarding compliance with the regulations on the protection of personal data that they process on our behalf,

With the exception of these recipients, INTSEL CHIMOS undertakes not to transmit or disclose your personal data to third parties and ensures the confidentiality of these data; they will not be transferred to a third party for commercial purposes or prospecting.

However, INTSEL CHIMOS laboratory may have to disclose your personal data in very specific cases, namely :

 > as a result of our legal or regulatory obligations, to respond to requests from public and governmental authorities (including foreign authorities), in connection with administrative/judicial proceedings or litigation, or to defend our legal rights.

 > in the event of a reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, transfer or other disposition of all or a portion of our business, assets or inventory (including bankruptcy or similar proceedings),

To ensure the security of your personal data, the INTSEL CHIMOS laboratory implements the appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee a level of security adapted to the risk.

In accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (Hereinafter "GDPR"), you have :

 > a right of access, rectification and deletion of your personal data, in accordance with articles 15, 16 and 17 of the RGPD,

 > the right to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation, in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR,

 > the right to portability of your data under the conditions provided for in Article 20 of the said Regulation: you may request to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured format or, where technically possible, for us to transmit them directly to another data controller designated by you.

 > the right to obtain the limitation of the processing of your personal data, in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR,

 > the right to withdraw your consent at any time, for data processing requiring your consent. The exercise of this right does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent prior to the withdrawal of consent,

 > the right to define directives concerning the fate of your personal data post-mortem.

A copy of a signed identification document must accompany your application.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) or, if necessary, with another supervisory authority (that of your usual place of residence, your place of work, or that of the place where the violation was committed).

The INTSEL CHIMOS laboratory does not transfer your data to countries outside the European Union or international organizations.

If, in the context of a particular situation, such a transfer should be envisaged, it will be carried out in compliance with the conditions required by the RGPD.
